Our Safety Incentive Program
At ACME, safety pays! Literally. Our field safety incentive program rewards our entire field staff individually for their performance in the safety discipline. What does this mean exactly? No accidents and no safety infractions against the governing safety program on each particular job site. (These rules vary with respect to ACME's internal rules, the general contractors' rules and/or owners' rules.)

The reward is a $25 dollar gift certificate per month, if the individual delivers an unblemished safety record over that month. The incentives are issued on a quarterly basis.
