Multiple Projects St. Louis, Missouri
Dial Corporation, a multi-national company,
operates a facility in St. Louis, Missouri, for the manufacture
of laundry detergents. Dial has contracted with ACME Erectors
for various installations at its facility. This work has
included
new installations, modifications to existing lines and maintenance
support.
In one effort, ACME installed steel stairs,
structural support and mezzanine grating for personnel to
access the feedstock tank farm for the detergent operation.
This installation required ACME to field fabricate and modify
pre-purchased materials to adapt them to fit the existing
vessels.
ACME has installed complete production lines
at the facility, which included fillers, cappers, weigh
checkers,
conveying, packaging and palletizers. ACME has also performed
maintenance and repair projects at Dial, including the realignment/reconfiguration
of production lines, conveyor modifications and the repair
of production equipment.
