Boulder Springs Apartments St. Charles, Missouri
R.G. Brinkmann Company, under contract for
the construction of 240 premier apartment and townhouse
units
in St. Charles, Missouri, contracted with ACME Erectors for
the final framing, hardware and trim installation for those
units. The units varied in complexity and finish as six different
configurations, in six independent buildings were constructed.
ACME Erectors crews were responsible for the
installation of entry doors, patio doors, wall framing, interior
stairs, window trim and sills, fireplaces, fireplace mantels,
crown moldings, base and shelving. In addition, ACME provided
framing and trim for the complex’s Clubhouse, and final
trim for a car wash area.
